Dr Charles Hewlett, Managing Director
Charles is a founder of Lynx, developed Lynx's seismic vectorizing software in the 1980s, and continues to work on innovative geophysical and geospatial software solutions for the industry. Charles is a graduate of Oxford University in physics (MA) and Imperial College, London (PhD) in geophysics.

Dr Peter Wigley, Director
Peter is a co-founder of Lynx, he has been a consulting geologist since 1972 and has worked in the North Sea, the Mediterranean, Africa, Middle East, China and Malaysia. Peter holds a BSc in Geology and a PhD in Carbonate Sedimentology, both from University College London. He was one of the first geologists to promote the use of GIS in the oil and gas exploration industry. He is also interested in historical geology and has published material on William Smith's (1815) geology map of England and Wales.

Andrew Hayman, Business Development Manager (London)
Andrew leads Lynx's business development work across the world. His interests include African geology and geopolitics. Andrew is a graduate of Bristol University in geology and chemistry (BSc), of Leeds University (MSc in geochemistry) and of Birkbeck College, London (MSc in stratigraphy).

Gareth Williams, GIS and Business Development
Gareth is in charge of marketing and GIS project development for the Americas. He has been involved in developing and building GIS projects in the oil industry for over 10 years. Gareth is a graduate of Royal Holloway College, University of London (BSc Environmental Geochemistry).

Chris Morgan, Software Manager
Chris has developed many of Lynx's geophysical and database software suites, and is a graduate of Imperial College London in (MSc Exploration Geophysics). He has worked in the petroleum industry for nearly 20 years.

Gil Hernandez, Operations Manager (Houston)
Gil has a 30-year long experience in the oil industry and has worked in a number of roles in service companies and oil companies in the US. Gil has managed Lynx's Houston operations in scanning, vectorizing, and databasing for 10 years.

Neil Anderton, Data Manager
Neil manages Lynx's well operations, and has been a key proponent for UKOGL since its inception, overseeing the administration of the Library. He has over 25 years industry experience and is a graduate of London University.

Paul Spencer, Processing Manager
Paul manages our seismic vectorizing operations in the EAME region. He has over 10 years industry experience, and is a graduate of Plymouth University (BSc Applied Geology).

Will Thompson, Sales Representative (Houston)
Will is the sales representative for our services from the Houston office. He has geotechnical experience in the areas of scanning/vectorizing and ArcGIS. Will graduated from Texas A&M and has been with Lynx since 2007.

Kevin Erfudt, IT Manager
Kevin has 15 years experience of planning and implementing IT solutions, seismic scanning and vectorizing. He is based in Houston.

Ben Sayers, GIS Developer
Ben is a GIS Developer bridging the gap between GIS, Geoscience and IT with special responsibility for web development. He has a BSc Geography and GIS from the University of Greenwich and has worked at Lynx for 6 years.

Josh Daniel, GIS Geoscientist
Josh graduated from Texas State University with a degree in GIS, and has 7 years of experience working with GIS in the petroleum industry.

Saul Gonzalez, GIS Geoscientist
Saul holds a degree in Geography, with an emphasis on Geotechniques, from the University of Oklahoma, and has been with Lynx for 5 years. He primarily works in GIS geodatabase building, map processing, and maintaining data archives.

Glen Steffey, Geophysical Data Archivist
Glen has over 10 years experience at Lynx working on seismic vectorising, and currently in data transcription and archiving for UKOGL. He has a BSc Geology from Kingston University.

Adam Upson, GIS Geoscientist
Adam has a BSc Environmental Sciences from the University of East Anglia, and 5 years in the oil industry. He works in GIS projects, data loading and GIS training.

Will Davies, Geophysical Data Processor
Will works in seismic vectorising in London. He has worked at Lynx for 2 years, and graduated from University College London with an MSc Geophysical Hazards.

Biljana Dinic Spencer, Technical Assistant
Biljana works in seismic vectorising and scanning projects in London. She is a graduate of Belgrade University and has been working at Lynx since 2001.

May Dickson, Technical Assistant
May works in the GIS department assisting with data management projects and providing in-house GIS services. She is a graduate of Reading University and has been working at Lynx since 2009.

Bernadette Dickson, Accounts (London)
Bernadette manages Lynx's accounts in London

Nery Ruiz, Office Manager/Bookkeeper (Houston)
Nery runs the office and manages Lynx's accounts in Houston. Originally from Miami Florida, Nery is the newest addition to the Houston team coming with 10 years' experience in accounting practices.
